I find great satisfaction in connecting with people and supporting their development. Listening attentively is fundamental to my interactions, allowing me to truly understand and effectively respond to the needs of others. Outside of work, music is a significant part of my life, adding a creative dimension to my everyday experiences.


I value an informal work environment where the focus is on collective achievements rather than titles. My approach includes teaching, coaching, and fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning. I also enjoy designing engaging training materials, videos, and graphics that enhance learning experiences.


Leadership for me is about inspiring and positively influencing others. I am particularly passionate about onboarding because I’ve personally experienced the setbacks of ineffective integration. I am committed to ensuring that every team member receives a supportive and empowering start, setting the foundation for their success and well-being in our shared workplace

Facilitation of a Parent Transitioning Program

November 2019

Spearheaded the Parent Transitioning Program for How Do You Do It (HDYDI), focusing on supporting working parents. This program facilitated the successful transition for parents returning to the workforce, achieving a 100% recommendation rate from participants. The initiative not only bolstered parental confidence but also enhanced managerial support, leading to increased workplace engagement and retention of skilled employees post-parental leave.

Establishment of a Comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS)

October 2020

Collaborated with a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and implement a robust Learning Management System (LMS) for group.one, enhancing the delivery and tracking of eLearning across global operations. This strategic initiative streamlined training processes, significantly reducing onboarding time transfering knowledge to skills and abilities with comprehensive training and learning experiences.

Development of a Global Leadership Training Program

September 2022

Led the design and rollout of an innovative global leadership training program incorporating DiSC and Situational Leadership II (SLII) methodologies at group.one. This program successfully unified leadership training across multiple continents.  The initiative has been recognized for its impact on organizational culture and leadership cohesion.
